Functionality to bring every commit lines (with Refid) from SOV on the change commit type BP

We hope to add the function that bring every commit lines (with Refid) from SOV on the change commit type BP like as Payment Applications type BP.

Every time we create a change commit, we have a problem that we have to select Refid for every contract items(SOVs).

However, there is a convenient function that automatically enters the relevant items from SOV in case of payment applications, so we would like to use it for the change commit.
