Large "SQL*Net vector data to client" wait events during PDB hot cloning

Dear Oracle Community

We are performing hot clone of pluggable databases on our 19cRU9 CDBs. Source and target CDBs locations are on same and different servers (both scenarios).

Source PDBs contain lot of securefile LOBs, and probably because of that there is large amount of "SQL*Net vector data to client" wait events on source CDB during cloning (in the same time there is lot of "remote db file read" and "pluggable database file copy" wait events on target CDB).

How I understand, Oracle net services threat securefile LOBs different than "ordinary" data and tuning DEFAULT_SDU_SIZE parameter doesn't make any change. Also, tuning arraysize or fetchsize in sqlplus before clone execution doesn't help. I also increased number of redologs and their sizes in target CDB.

Howdy, Stranger!
