Upgrading EBS from 12.1.03 to 12.2.10 - deadline and database

We are upgrading our EBS Oracle Financials from 12.1.03 to 12.2.10 since Premium Support is ending 31.Dec 2021 for Ver. 12.1.03 - Currently we run 12.1.03 against a Solaris x86 database, is that (being) de-supported for 12.2.10 or do we have to move the database to e.g. Solaris SPARC also ?
