Alien Resident not Eligible for FICA taxes

Hello,

We have an associate that is from India that is an Alien Resident that is exempt from OASDI and Medi taxes. Is there a way to set up her in 'Update Employee Tax Data' to not deduct OASDI and Medi taxes and not show taxable wages?
