How to determine libclntsh/oci version?

Hi,

Is it possible to determine the version of the client libraries (libcltnsh or sqllib?), used by a Pro*C program in the code of the program? The goal is to activate special workarounds inside of the Pro*C program according to the version of the client libraries used, to prevent known bugs in the client libraries.
