Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

We have invoice # 85263 and it was paid but the invoice status is open as below screenshot, so please help us on answering the below questions.

1 - What is the invoice status ? and what are its uses.

2 - We supposed that when the invoice was paid the invoice status changed from any status to closed is that right ?
