Custom ISG component is not working after upgrading database from 11g to 19c.

At the time of generating custom ISG following error is appearing.

Service Provider Access resulted in exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.soa.util.SOAException: ServiceGenerationError: ServiceGenerationError: Error in Service GenerationJ2T-130, ERROR: Array element type <unsupported type>(typecode 0) is not supported' when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please view Service Provider logs for more details
