Is there a Oracle VMBox appliance with Jdev and OSB 12.2.1.4 (running RHEL 7)

Currently we work with an OVA with Oracle Jdev 12.2..1.2 in it (including a running WebLogic server wih SOA and OSB). But we are migrating to OSb 12.2.1.4. And we have the need for an out-of-the-box OVA (VMBox appliance). It seems not to be there on Oracle website anymore. Does anayone know if this kind of OVA is available and where?
