Supplier Qualification Initiative Numbering

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out if I am able to change the way a questionnaire is numbered/lettered when sent out to a prospective supplier. I will include a picture attached to this message as well as trying to explain it here. The red box is what I would like to change if possible, the black boxes are censored information for confidentiality.

My problem is that whenever a question is in a drop down list (or even a multiple choice question) in an initiative, it seems that the default option in Cloud is a lettered list. I have been wondering if there is a functionality to either remove this lettering altogether, or change it to numbering rather than lettering.
