Java license on Oracle clients

I have the following queries on Java licensing.

1) I have Oracle 12.2 client installed which is free. It does come with a java package. Does this java package contain a license?

2) If so, does the license include the full Java application? I keep reading articles that only the jre part is NOT free. I cant find a proper Oracle doc on this.

3) If only the jre part is NOT free, can I un-install only jre and keep rest of the JAVA intact?
