Shipping documents print speed

Hello all,

I created XML publisher reports for the outbound shipping documents at the time of ship confirm (inside box, customer and internal copy each have slight different information). There are 3 reports + a mailing label (uses 3rd party app to print the label). Whenever warehouse person selects the document set at the time of ship confirm, all these document are printed at the printer in around 60seconds (excluding the label). Warehouse complains that is too long for them as they ship lot of stuff daily and this performance is degrading their throughput.


Any suggestions on how to improve this performance?
