Error Installing agent to 13.4 on Solaris SPARC

Hello,

During agent 13.4 installation I am getting an error (related to bug 31395559) described in document 2686830.1.

The solution provided is " upgrade to the latest patchset on the respective Solaris version";unfortunately I cannot follow the advice due to the fact the system involved is part of validated system used in our production environment and must stay as is until a new release of the application running on that environment will be available and qualified to run with a different version than "Solaris 10: VERSION: 10,REV=2013.01.17.10.41".

Do you have an alternate solution to propose?
