    =ORA-20016: ERROR: Could not allocate a new poid id range - i_quantity: 1000 i_pad_range: 1

ORA-06512: at "PIN.PIN_SEQUENCE", line 612

ORA-20014: ERROR: The current increment_by value of 1000 for sequence POID_IDS2 exceeds the maximum allowed value: 100. The DBA must manually alter the sequence to correct its increment_by value.

Hence, the pin.pin_sequence value is increamented + 1 of last cached value,
