How to change AUDIT_FILE_DEST permissions

How can I give read access for other for the files generated in audit directory? We have an external application(user) which need read access for this files for audit proposes.

access on directory is:

drwxrwxr-x  2 oracle  oinstall 350834688 May 18 11:08 adump

access on files is:

-rw-r-----  1 oracle  asmadmin    786 May 17 15:20 DB_ora_65798546_20210517152056006090143795.aud
