Update Ledger Balancing Segment Value Assignments

Dears,

Good day,

I am try to create new ledger 'MMC_LEDGER' but i get the below error while completed Balancing Segment Value Assignments and Operating Units setup:

"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, 23287, N, SEGMENT, Default Legal Context, N, VALUESET, FND_MO_LEDGER_DLC ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_ORGANIZATION_API", line 5128 ORA-06512: at "APPS.GL_LEDGERS_PKG", line 112 ORA-06512: at line 1"


Please help.
