Siebel IP21.4 Invalid Gateway Host Name and/or HTTPS Port

Hi Team,

We are performin a new siebel IP21.4 fresh installation in order to migrate old 8.1.14 application. We are following the installation guide step by step, but we've been a problem when we log first time on SMC and setting up Gateway - Identify Host. We are using FDQN host name, and https port configured on installation. The jks seems to be correct.

Siebel Enterprise Components Ports Detail:

   HTTPS Redirect Port.: 9443

   HTTP conection port: 9080

   Shutdown Port.: 9005

Siebel Application Interface Port details:

   Puerto de redireccionamiento HTTPS: 443

   HTTPS redirection port: 7080

   Shutdown Port.: 7005
