EM_PRE_REQ_KIT for 13.5

As a preparation step for upgrading my EM from 13.3 to 13.5, I plan to run the EM_PRE_REQ_Kit in standalone mode to check my environment. According to Note 2769555.1, for an upgrade one needs to run the kit in Silent mode. In GUI mode, it will only allow a new install.

Seems like that is a limitation which should have been fixed before shipping, but oh well. Bummer.

In order to run the kit in -silent mode I need to provide a response file. Where can I find a sample response file which I can edit for my environment?
