ADC_TST_TSLT_PERS

We have been receiving the same error on just a few students when trying to load external test scores. We are using component ADC_TST_TSLT_PERS in our self written application engine but receive the same error when trying to manually enter the scores thru the online transaction. We've tried the CI tester in Application Designer and get the same error. The data from the test scores is valid - we've entered that same data using different students and it loads fine. We've looked thru the component for other records and prompt tables but cannot find what value
