Configtools 19.0.005/006 - lots of space between rows, is that necessary?

I noticed that when I open a configuration with the 19.0.005 or .006 version of the tools, I suddenly have a lot of whitespace across the board. It seems that the row and column spacing, font and font size seems to have been changed, but not in a good way. Or even consistent.

I took a before and after screen shot from my config for a single workbook template, and you can see how the row spacing from matching, to viewable to default is increasing. And it's not just affecting the template tool, it is everywhere. Preset column widths are no longer large enough and you have to resize pretty much everything.
