A1 Hold Not Removed After Purchase Order Was Approved

Hello,

Encountered an issue with the approval program.

Order held on A1 hold in F4301 and recorded in F4209 with code type O

User approves the purchase order via P43081. Status on the order f4311 moves ahead

F4209 release date and Release code gets updated to PD however F4301 A1 not removed

Now, the problem is order is not visible in P43070

Any idea, how can I now release the order ?
