Traditional audit for database user

Hi team,

I have issue with auditing, i have enabled audit alter user by access and audit system grant by access, but still I was not able to find records for granting and revoking privileges in our dba_audit_trail table.

audit_trail have been set do db,extended and database is version 12.1.0.2.0.

Any ideas?
