JDE RTE with Sales Orders

Hi all


I hope that you are well.


I have an issue where after generating or changing a sales order, RTE is triggered but the exported XML file does not have the D4202440B section at all, only the D4202440A section is populated. This doesn't happen for all sales orders but I cannot figure why this happens, does anyone have any ideas?
