Regarding OEM monitoring for outdated versions of oracle database

Hi

We have below Oracle db versions in our environment running in windows server 2003/ 2008/ 2012 R2 versions.

10g Standard & Enterprise edition

11g Standard & Enterprise edition

18c Standard edition

So my question is, Which version of OEM is recommended to configure for database monitoring?

Considering the DB version and edition. which version of OEM is compatible and supportive for monitoring.
