R31410 completes in error Invalid Parameter

Hello,

When running R31410 to attach Parts List and Routing, where BOM has Text Lines, the job completes in error. However, the parts list and routing do get attached. When doing the same for items without Text Lines in their BOMs the jobs complete normally. This suggest that Text Lines are the reason for the generated error.

Additional information: Actual Costing, release 9.1.5
