Clusterware Installation(19.10):ASM disk groups and failure group allocation

I have a number of questions about ASM disk groups, normal redundancy and allocation during a clusterware installation and I apologise now for the naivety of these questions.

1. The underlying storage is SAN based, specifically for the disk groups for CRS and MGMT, should I still define these with normal redundancy for extra resiliency over using external redundcancy?

2. Installation documentation I have read define CRS should have 3x20G disks and MGMT should have 6x10G. If I am setting up normal redundancy for these 2 disk groups, will I need to request 6x20G disks and 12x10G disks so the there is the required number of disks to accommodate the normal redundancy?

Howdy, Stranger!
