Limit "Relationship to Employee" on Update Dep/Ben Information on Delivered Fluid Life Events

Hi Everyone,

We are looking at implementing Fluid Life Events and have a couple questions when looking at the Delivered Fluid Life Events set up in Demo.

As it is set up in the Demo, the Dependent/Beneficiary Info step is used on all 4 Delivered Life Events. On this page, users can click Add Individual or click on an existing dependent/beneficiary to go to the Update Individual Dependent/Beneficiary Information page.  Users can update the Relationship to Employee field for an existing dependent/beneficiary to ANYTHING and similarly user can add a new dependent/beneficiary in ANY Relationship to Employee
