Questionnaire list in 12.2.5

Hello,

How to enable questionnaire list while prospective supplier registration.

All that I see from Oracle documents is related to lower releases.

My question is: How could I enable a questionnaire list while prospective supplier registration online for the first time. I don't want the prospective supplier to register first. Then send to him/her the questionnaire.

Because this step is only there in 12.1.3:

9. Enable the questionnaire in the Supplier Onboarding setup by adding the RFI template in the Pre-Qualification and Evaluation Assessment
