Supplier type in prospective supplier registration page

Hello,

How to show the supplier type field on the prospective supplier registration page to enable the supplier to choose his/her type while registering online for the first type.

I'm wondering how Oracle makes such of this association, although it's not a seeded field in prospective supplier registration page (as per my knowledge)

Product name, iSupplier portal , Supplier Lifecycle Manahgement. Release: 12.2.5
