Subcontracting in Projects

We have requirement of subcontracting .we are using Project costing, Billing and contract module.

The use case is one Project gets the entire revenue from the customer from the customer for tasks which it completes and some of the tasks it subcontracts to another contractor

full Revenue amount received at the end of the Project and then main Project has to pass on partial revenue amount to subcontractor for which it hires as subcontractor which does some work

Is there are standard functionality through it can be achieved ? using Project costing, Billing and contract module
