N4201360 was not called during R42520 run

Hi Team,

We had an unusual situation where N4201360 was not called by R42520 for the partial backordered lines.

When the order was created the field Order Status 6 (SO06) which indicate "line has already ran through preference inventory commitment" but it was blank for the lines!

example:

line 1---- item 1----quantity 3----shipped quantity 2----backordered 1----SO06 Blank

during print pick, the line should have split but it didn't happened.

line 1---- item 1----quantity 2---shipped quantity 2----backordered 0

line 1.001---- item 1----quantity 1---shipped quantity 0----backordered 1

What could be the possible reason? Thanks in Advance.
