Cannot find entry 'XXXXX' in the bounded picklist for the field 'Parent Integration Component'

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

Currently we have siebel version 20.4 and we are trying to import .JSON file for one of the RESTOutbound service. External team shared the swagger.JSON file and when we are importing this into Siebel EAI wizard, I am getting the below error .

Cannot find entry 'WIRLCVLOperationResponse' in the bounded picklist for the field 'Parent Integration Component' in integration component 'Repository Integration Component'(SBL-EAI-04401)

Please help if any work around to solve this issue.

Attached the .JSON file.
