HFM 11.2.2.5 with Browsers Firefox and Chrome error when downloading data

in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) (MOSC) 8 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi all

When we try to load data using Browsers: Chrome and Firefox supported versions we get and error:

The ODBC statement object is no longer valid, while we do not get this error with IE11 - which is not supported.


Someone has seen this issue and can let me know why this is happening please and how to remedy it?
