F4201 RCD after changing the Ship to number

Hi all

we have possible bug: when the user modify the order in the header in the field ship to number the system put automatically the field F4211.RCD equal to blank.

can you help me please? is there a setup i m not aware to?

PS. we have an installation on 9.1
