Import of resources from MSP xml export

in Primavera (MOSC)

At the end of the document (Doc ID 902406.1)

It is said that "All resource assignments are exported from Primavera to MSP as non-driving." does it mean that any task resources dependant export from Primavera planning will not be used to calculate task duration after their import to MS project?

Is it the same situation when you export resources dependant task (xml format) from MS Project to Primavera?
