Not Found in User Defined Code - standard JDE UDCs

We have NOT added any new UDC codes. These are out of the box UDCs that have been in the system for years, but now users get errors in Address Book and Sales Order Entry. They reboot, clear cache, try different browsers, etc... Issue clears up after ~2 hrs every morning. NOT ALL users have the error. When a CS rep gets the error they have another person make the change for them - no problem.

This happens on MULTIPLE UDCs, not just 41-9. I just provided screen shot as an example.

We can try to clear server cache, but my question would be - why would some users (like me) not get the error and some users do get the error?
