Problem during Inventory issue-Account no absent or subsidiary of Account no is absent

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

When creating an Inventory issue of many records (say more than 20), if data is copied from excel to form grid , batch gets created but fails posting due to either account number missing in some records or subsidiary part of account no missing in some records. This issue didn't occur if entry was made by manually entering all values in the grid.

Program used to create batch is P584112 and doc type is MI. EnterpriseOne 9.1 and Internet explorer is used.

Has anyone faced similar issue?
