HVM PV Drivers Windows guest NTP problems

Hello, folks.

We're experience some trouble setting-up the NTP for our Windows VMS running in a OVM 3.4.6 environment. No matter what it's tried, the changes always revert back to 'Local CMOS Clock'. The Microsoft team asked me to check if the hosts are imposing the time on the guests, but I'm having trouble finding any documentation on it. Is there any such imposition? How would do I go to discard the Dom0 as the problem?
