Effort Reporting Using LD and Grants

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

Has anyone implemented Effort Reporting (ER) functionality using the Oracle 12.2.9 EBS Labor Distribution module? Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is interested in achieving Effort Reporting for its Faculty and would appreciate it if you can share your experience with any (or all) of the following:

  • Were you able to implement the ER process to automate creation, distribution, and obtain online ER certification using standard functionality?
  • Did you develop any customizations (workflow, approvals, notifications)? If customizations were developed, for which features were these created.
  • Do you have standard integration with the Federal Salary Cap feature?
  • Do you use the cost-sharing form? If so, was it included as part of the standard electronic effort reporting or customized.
