TNS-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable Printable View Update

I have a timesten instance running in the public subnet as an oracle 19c instance. I have tried to create a network connection from the timesten instance with a local tnsnames.ora file to the Oracle 19c database/service.


Tnsping not working and error is as below TNS-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable

Used parameter files:

Used TNSNAMES adapter to resolve the alias

Attempting to contact (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = instance-20210519-1533)(PORT = 1521)) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = orclpdb)))
