Check if all adaptive features parameters are unset while installing 13.5

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 16 comments

I am trying to install OEM 13.5 on a 19.3.0 database on Solaris and get the above error. I have ran all the alter systems commands and still get the same error.
