Lease Accounting First payment with Interest

Hi Everyone,

The Lease Accounting documentation says "if you are generating payments in advance, the system does not use this formula to calculate PVLP for the first period of the amortization schedule."

I followed the same process and create the payment flagged as "in advance" but the system still calculate an interest for the first payment.
