What's the name of the REST API to import Journals?

I see SOAP API to import journals from Third Party Cloud into Oracle Fusion Cloud but I don't see REST API to IMPORT Journals. Do we have REST API to import journals in volume >10K per batch?

I see only OUTBOUND REST API to GET Journal Lines and Headers. I'm looking for INBOUND REST API to import journals into Oracle Fusion cloud.

Also, what's the best integration tool for connecting cloud to cloud? e.g. SOAPUI.

I don't want to go in the route of SOAP API as Oracle is no longer developing APIs in SOAP.
