Seeded Programs that touch Work Orders

Hi All

I have a query about Oracle EAM and programs that touch upon EAM Work Orders.

We have a standard Oracle Report designed to show summary details of EAM Work Orders and the people responsible for completing/updating them. One of customers reported that they are seeing more and more Work Orders on the Report with SYSADMIN as the last updater.

We are using the "last_updated_by" field for this purpose and translate to the username of the account. We're curious as there is only one person who should be appear as the "last updater", that being the Maintenance Manager, so we are curious as to what is causing SYSADMIN to show up as the last updater.
