WIP: Lot control item

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Quick question on lot control component,

Item: WIP-1 ( Lot controlled)

Raw Material-1 lot controlled Push

Raw Material-2 Operation pull

Currently we do following two transactions.

WIP issue Raw Materia1-1 to Work Order

then Complete the Job.

============================================================

is it possible to make the about in just one transaction.

ex:

Item: WIP-1 ( Lot Controlled )

Raw Material-1 Lot Controlled Operation Pull

Raw Material-2 Operation Pull

Can we just do

WIP Complete and provide the

Lot Number to consume for Raw Material-1

and Lot Number for the WIP-1 which is being completed and produced.

We are using interface tables

MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE
