Not able to access the Blanket Order release screeen from P13730 Parts Tab JDE9.2

Hi ,

In JDE 9.2 ,Earlier I was trying to create the non stock purchase orders from Maintenance Work Orders Parts Tab (P13730) and whwnever I was clicking on the Create Purchase Order button system was automatically opening P43216 Purchase Blanket Release and was able to release quantity through Blanket PO successfully.

Now I am trying to do the same process but system directly creating PO and nor redirecting to Purchase Blanket Release screen.
