Radius Authentication Sever TLS Connectivity

Are the Radius libraries packaged with Oracle Enterprise 19c able to establish a TLS connection with the Radius Server. I've read that UDP doesn't support (default protocol) and haven't found anything. Thought I'd ask before going to support.
