how can i install oracle client 19 on RHED 8 ?

I want to install oracle client 19 on rhed 8.

The version that is available on oracle site is 19.3 .

oracle 19 is supported only from 19.6/19.7 .

from where can i find oracle client 19.6 and above ?

I need to patch the client before installing it ? if yes , with which patch ?
