BHD is not updating the contact in Siebel even if the email was bounced for a contact.

Hi All,

We are implementing a Siebel Marketing Module and would like some insights for the same.

We have been able to configure the ESD and BHD, and for a contact where we tried to bounce the mail by making the email storage as full, but their was no response from BHD to Siebel.

On observing the bhd.logs we received:

Debug - 'process unparsable outgoing message id: null'

Warning - 'no subData found in processUnparsable', which according to the Doc ID 962632.1, their might be an issue with the installation of the components, but even after re-installing the same components, we are still facing the same issue.
