Is it possible to load Install base records to service contracts using data loader

Hi Team,

Is it possible to load Install base records to contracts using data loader.

We have a requirement to add around 10000 sublines to contract,We are trying to do this using dataloader (free version from dataload.net).But we are not able to do it yet.

So checking with you whether is it possible to accomplish this using dataloader or is there any better options to do this.
