Rebuilding subpartitioned indexes in 19c with advanced compression is it possible?

With the changes in partitioned indexes with advanced compression is it possible to now rebuild sub partitioned indexes instead of having to drop and recreate to compress? The potential for a full database index rebuild script at all levels including subpartitioned indexes that gives the option of compressing would be great. Has anyone authored this?
